coffee maker missing, bed frame was tattered scratches on some of the furniture, stayed in the same room 2 times this time after a remodel the room was less beige, the romm had a nice lighted mirror that would have worked as a night light in the room, but was attached to the entry room

Front desk stuff was extremely rude an unaccomodating. I forgot my driver license at home and offered my boater license (no photo) or a credit card as alternative. That was not good enough for them. Rather than they ask me questions to identify me, I had to suggest adding my wife to the reservation and show her driver license for them to honor my reservation. . When I asked for a manager, the front desk clarck referred me to her "manager" seating next to het, who suggested that I might be engaged in human trafficking since I had no driver license with me...Mr. Hilton is turning in his grave....Totally unacceptable

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room clean and comfortable (especially the bed), the breakfast good, and the facilities in general great. We were happy to be able to swim some laps in the pool and enjoy the jacuzzi too.

The room was clean and very nice, the front desk staff was wonderful. But, the constant noise from the construction from 7:30 AM to 11:30 pm was hard. Sleeping was difficult. I’m aware that doesn’t go on all of the time, but cost versus sleep was not great.
