This is a fairly new property. It's aging quickly - inferior construction? The area around the property is totally commercial with really nowhere to walk except in a parking lot.

Property was clean and very well decorated. Room was nice and clean. The only negative is the ladies tending the front desk were not very friendly. We were only given 2 large towels and when we asked for more they simply said they had none.

Nice hotel, fantastic breakfast!

Pros: Hotel itself is in a great area, right near amenities to include food, stores, gas, etc. Staff was very nice and the room was clean, got room service too. Breakfast was fantastic and truly the cleanest hotel breakfast I have seen in a while. Cons: My problem was actually the other guests and the comfort of the room. I stayed 3 nights for a business trip and the walls are so thin I could hear every creak from my neighbor. There was also a large family that had a few rooms and allowed their kids to sprint down the hall screaming and slamming doors until 11pm. Would stay again if I had to but would really ask for enforcement of quiet hours.

The staff were very courteous and quite accommodating. The building itself has some structural issues as the room door was difficult to open and close due to a sagging floor. The dresser drawers kept opening due to the tilt in the floor. The guests in the room next to us kept their music loud late into the night. I called the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. The music softened for about an hour but cranked back up again. I'm not sure what time it stopped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay and value

Overall a great stay. The room was clean and the roomy. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff however, was not friendly. I asked several about towels on differing shifts. Overall they are the reason for not giving five stars. The breakfast was hot and fresh with many options. The pool area was clean but was not heated. The location was prime located close to all the restaurants.

When I go to the hotel they didn't allow to check in because of a discrepancy of the costs. I was willing to pay the difference but they couldn't do it. I had to call you and you refund the money to me and I paid them the whole amount. Later I found that was going on with everyone who had reservations with third parties.
