This place was aware of Covid cleanliness and convenient to Olive Branch. The breakfast area was spacious. The rooms were updated and felt modern. Area was basically quiet.

Staff is great. Some stains. Dirty lamps and switches in our room.

The staff was very friendly accommodating!! The house keepers were very sociable and made our stay the best!!

clean new hotel. quick check in, nice folks. we stayed in the front of the hotel , there is a little noise from the street. Even with covid there is a little breakfast,, hot eggs etc. very clean hotel, the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed at this location a few months ago and everything was great. We decided to book it again just for 1 night on our way to Louisiana. I realized we were going yo be arriving late, 3am. I notified them of this and they said that was fine. When we arrived (extremely tired from driving 9 hours and working during the day) I was told we had to wait 20 or 30 min for her night audit to finish. Cool. Even though they could have mentioned that earlier. The first room we got was still dirty, beds weren't made. She got us another room on the 3rd floor but the keys wouldn't work. The 3rd room looked clean but smelled really musty. We were only sleeping there for a few hours but paying $140 for this experience seems extreme.

I was here for work.After i checked in which took a little longer due to the computers being hit and miss..another guy was given the same room as me so imagine my surprise when he walked in my room. Internet was not working and my company had over $3000 worth of items stolen that were in the back of our truck that was locked up. They do not have cameras for the parking lot. 2 managers the next morning came to talk to me and address my issues for the night and credited my stay but not my crew. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. However, I can not risk the stay again with my things stolen. I hope they take action and place cameras for other people so that they do not experience the same issue.

Staff was great, the room was great, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

stayed here to visit family for birthdays..........nice hotel, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

I was in Olive Branch for a conference at a nearby conference center, and was very pleased with the ease of reaching the Fairfield, the proximity to the conference center and the number and variety of nearby restaurants.

Late check-out was not available. Would have been nice but everything else was perfect.

We were in town for a sporting event. Low traffic in this area made transportation easy. Shopping and restaurants within a few miles of hotel. Dissappointed that pool was not open this time of year. Other hotel pools were open.

We stayed at this location a few months ago and everything was great. We decided to book it again just for 1 night on our way to Louisiana. I realized we were going yo be arriving late, 3am.
