The location is excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use some work often times things were empty and the pancakge machine was having issues. Room was clean and in good shape.

The room we got was not very clean. There was Bobby pins left on the floor, something sticky on the carpet, and just generally not clean. Also the floor felt like it was sinking, like angled down from the wall. I’ve stayed at a bunch of different Holiday Inn express’ before, this was by far the worst condition.

SHC Weekend

The beds were extremely comfortable!!! The staff provided amazing customer service. I noticed a smell from the shower curtain. The front desk apologized and provided me with a clean one with no hesitation. The staff ensured we had clean towels daily and offered us cookies. My sister & I will return to this location!!!!
