They came up as per friendly and when I went to check in was told they have a zero pet policy.
The room and other areas of the facility were clean, comfortable and modern. I was very happy with our stay.
The property is clean and the rooms were clean except for a plastic bag under my bathroom sink which they could have just missed while cleaning. Front desk was not the friendliest and not very welcoming upon check in. However they were not rude either. I would stay here again.

Room had bugs in the bathroom. Sheets were stained Water would not get hot in shower Thermostat was stuck on air conditioner so temperature in the room wouldn’t go above 64 and the outside temperature was 19 degrees. We were freezing. The only reason we stayed was because we couldn’t find another hotel. I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
Ended up here because my preferred locations were sold out (football games)! I'll choose this location first next time. The entire staff was cordial and customer focused.
