The staff was great. Lakitha upon check in was warm and friendly she made us feel like we were at home. Anything that we asked for (extra towels, blanket etc) was taken care of quickly. Roy at check also didn't disappoint. The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean and welcomed us. We will stay here on our next visit.

Excellent Customer Support, Room was very clean, had a lot of room to accommodate my in family. This hotel was in a great area, restaurant and other shops were very close, this was just a very excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!
Dirty and gross. There is blood in the bed sheet and in the towel. We booked two nights. The second night we didn’t have any towels. What happened at the facility?
The hot tub was down. It was 1 out of three in the area that would fit five people. 1 filter used was the hot tub. I wish it would say it/update it on the website. Fail.
Hotel lacked adequate staff. Check in was at 3:00. Got there around 5:30 and room wasn't ready and heard it might not be until 8:00 pm. Many people were canceling and walking out. I canceled as well. Front desk lady was nice but manager was not on site. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.
I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and the rooms are very nice. The hotel appeared to be undergoing some type of renovation during my most recent stay, so the corridors were a bit dusty. The room numbers were all on the floor. The fitness room contained all the construction equipment, and the dining area was full of furniture boxes. It would have been nice to know about the renovation before I booked the hotel.
I had a bad feeling when the carpet behind the front desk looked very dirty and falling apart. Got into the elevator and the carpet was also very dirty and stained. This themed continued into the hallway. My room had clearly not been vacuumed and the room had an very strange smell. The shower curtain needed to be replaced and could possibly be part of the smell issue. I would say stay here if no other choices are available. I paid $20 more a night and went to Home2 that was extremely nice and comfortable.

Mattress need to be changed in room 205. The bed by the window sank in the middle. The other bed was creaky - the springs felt like they were coming through the cushion. The sofa had stains on it and smelled.
Hotel was pretty new so it was in good condition. Staff pleasant and room quite and relaxing. Was close to a few restaurants so walking to them was easy. Nice relaxing stay!
