The staff was excellent; especially Anjan and Josh. Lacy was excellent and went the extra mile for my comfort. I didn’t get Anjan’s brother name but he too was a blessing.

Didn't like the fact I had paid for the room online $65.99 and had to pay more when I went to check in....tried to have me pay $50 for a deposit on top of that 65....
I hate it. Very unprofessional. Front counter was very nasty. The rooms had bugs in it.
If the bed cover wouldn’t have been old, torn, and filthy, along with a cigarette burn, I could’ve rated it a little better, but this place was not good.

The hotel and staff were nice. We ended up staying 3 extra nights. The bathroom door had been chewed up by someone's dog.
We could hear people snoring through the walls. The halls were filled with smoke from smoking room right next to ours which was non smoking. Rat traps in the halls. Avoid.
The light switches are hard to operate with arthritic fingers. The carpet in the hallways will trip you if you aren't careful. There is no in-room coffee. otherwise, the room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the motel is quiet. Access from the Interstate is easy, and the staff is friendly.
Everything was clean & fine. More items for breakfast buffet would have been nice....
The Key West hotel was an exellent home base while attending a conference in Memphis. Although a bit ouf of town, interstate access was great and one stop north is a large shopping area with many options. We especially liked the conscientious owner who makes sure that customers are treated well.
the staff was wonderful. had to check in later than check in time and there was no problem with that. room was very nice and clean. for the price i paid i was amazed. this will b my hotel in southaven from now on.
The Staff here has always been terrific to me. I have family in this area, and the location is perfect. We eat at Waffle house, but they do have a few breakfast foods. Cereal, fruit, milk, juice,and a waffle maker. A budget friendly place. Within 15 minutes of every thing.
It was alright for what I paid for it, nothing special. The breakfast wasn't good and coffee was bad.
Key West Inn wasn't the best hotel i've stayed in, but I cannot complain because it was a good stay. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location. We were only about 9 miles away from Memphis and there were several places around the hotel for us to go and eat. If you are looking for a decent place to stay that won't put such a bit dent in your pocket I recommend Key West Inn
