Car park is being re-done got woken up by diggers in the morning. Not necessarily hotel’s fault but noisy guests slamming doors until midnight & talking outside my room was quite annoying & meant I could not sleep until gone midnight.

Room was clean and nice but breakfast abysmal - everything at 8.30 had obviously been sitting for a long time - just warm. Hash browns had unpleasant rank tasting oil throughout, eggs cold, sausage tepid. The woman hosting was unsmiling with every customer she greeted - not a great start to the day.

Staff where very helpfull the room was clean the bathroom was dated signs of ageing and damp holes in the floor coverd with fresh vynil black silicone around the bath Breakfast was the best part loads of choice fresh.
