"Upon arrival, there was just a sign at the desk, which was unmanned, saying someone would be back after helping another customer. We waited a while for the gentleman to return. That's fine, he was helping someone. When he checked us in, we found out the elevator was broken...no big deal...but then we were put on the 3rd floor and needed to carry everything up the stairs. Again, not a huge deal, but the place was definitely not too full, so why not just offer people something on the first or even the second floor so they don't have to carry everything? Maybe they wouldn't have the same bedding configuration or whatever, but it would have been nice to make the offer. In any case, everything else was decent. Our room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator to use, which was helpful, all of the basics were supplied (like towels, the hair dryer, toiletries, etc.). A shuttle was available but I did not need it. But definitely a plus. Overall, what was offered was great for the price, and the elevator situation was most likely just a very temporary thing."
