Geräumige Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. 2-3 Gehminuten zur Buch die einem fast alleine gehört. 12min Gehweg zu den Geschäften und in die Stadt. Schlüsselübergabe war easy und einmal wurde dazwischen der Wert des Pools kontrolliert. Wenn man etwas braucht sind die Besitzer sofort erreichbar bzw. kommen sie vorbei wenn man möchte.Ich werde diese Unterkunft sicher wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Atemberaubende Aussicht, schöner großer Pool, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität!! Ruhige Lage und doch ist vieles in der Nähe; nicht überlaufene Bucht fußläufig gut erreichbar - Wasser war glasklar, optimal zum Schnorcheln, auch zum standuppaddeln gut geeignet, Tennisanlage mit Flutlicht in der nähe; kleiner Laden fußläufig erreichbar; Ein etwas größes Geschäft ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt; Fahrrad (Mountainbike) empfehlenswert um die unmittelbare Gegend zu erkunden; Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Dejligt hus til flere generationer

Vi var 3 generationer med 7 voksne og 2 børn og ejendommen er perfekt fordi der er 2 huse. Den lille familie fik "annekset" da de jo dels stod op om natten og ikke sov særlig længe. Svømmepoolen blev flittig benyttet af både børn og voksne. Den store overdækkede terrasse var samlingspunktet for alle måltider (hvis ikke vi spiste ude), spil og andre aktiviteter. Området er dejligt med den lille strand meget tæt på, men der er også mulighed for at tage på en slags vandreturer.

Traumhafte 2 Wochen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Okrug Gornji. Die Häuser liegen ruhig am Rand des Ortes. Fußläufig ist man in 15 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Die beiden Häuser waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Adria war wunderbar. Viele Boote sah man vorbeifahren. Der Pool hatte eine gute Größe. Zlatko kam alle paar Tage vorbei, um nach dem Pool zusehen. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr sympathisch. Unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine traumhafte und perfekte U...

Eine traumhafte und perfekte Unterkunft. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und der Pool ist ein Traum.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kommt alle ca. 3 Tage vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen.Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, es könnten aber mehr Schüsseln ect. da sein um die Spülmaschine auch befüllen zu können.Gegen 13:00 Uhr kam meistens ein recht starker Wind auf und so hat es uns in der letzten Woche hat es uns den großen Sonnenschirm am Pool zerlegt. Ohne diesen großen Sonnenschirm kann man am Pool sitzen vergessen (außer man steht auf Verbrennungen ). Der Vermieter plant hier aber die feste Installation eines Sonnenschutzes, der sich über einen Windsensor bei Bedarf dann selbst einfährt.

Ruhe und Erholung pur in traumhafter Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer von jedem Fleck des Grundstücks. Auch die schöne kleine Bucht am Strand war fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar. Supernettes und hilfsbereites Vermieterpaar. Es war blitzsauber geputzt und Zlatko kam alle 2 Tage am Abend vorbei, um das Wasser im Pool zu überprüfen. Es war alles an Ausstattung und Geschirr vorhanden, sogar Holz und Kohle für den Außengrill. Ein mit sehr viel Liebe gepflegtes Anwesen - wir kommen wieder.

Eine Phantastische Unterkunft

Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. An sie kann man sich bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit wenden. Meine Frau hatte Zahnweh bekommen und der Vermieter hat uns in Split einen Termin bei einem deutschen Zahnarzt vermittelt. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Zufahrt ist nicht schwerer als die Fahrt durch die kleinen Inselgassen. Die letzten 40m gehen leicht Bergauf.Der Pool wurde ca. alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Dafür kam der Vermieter immer so gegen 18 Uhr vorbei.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar r...

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit zwei schönen Möglichkeiten zum draußen Sitzen inkl. Sonnenschutz und großzügigem Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber neuwertig und daher alles in bestem Zustand. Vor allem war das Haus super sauber geputzt!! Toll (und auch in einem TOP–Zustand) ist der Pool, den wir mit unseren Kindern. gerne genutzt haben. Wer nicht viel Platz im Haus braucht, aber Wert darauf legt, dass alles einschließlich Bad sehr, sehr ordentlich ist, der ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben.Super freundlich und hilfsbereit ist auch das Vermieterpaar – vielen lieben Dank für einen tollen Urlaub! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Angenehm außerdem: Grundsachen wie Wasser, Milch, WC–Papier, Spülmaschinentabs, Seife, Putzmittel, ... waren alle da.Wenn man etwas suchen möchte, was man verbessern könnte: Mehr Geschirr (kleine Schüsseln) und Besteck, damit die Spülmaschine auch ganz befüllt angestellt werden kann. Reisetipps: In der Nachsaison (Ende Oktober) alles sehr ruhigund unkompliziert mit Parken etc. an Hauptbesuchsorten. Strände fast leer. Unbedingt an geschlossene Strandschuhe wegen der Steine und Tiere denken.

Das Haus ist im großen und gan...

Das Haus ist im großen und ganzen wie angegeben. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig schwieriger, die letzten ca. 100m gehen Bergauf und der Untergrund besteht aus spitzen Steinen in allen Größen. Auf dem Gelände, was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht steht eine Bauruine, der versuch ein zweites Ferienhaus zu errichten. Das ist ein gewöhnungsbedürftiger Anblick, so wie auch auf dem Nachbargrundstück, wo schon drinnen gewohnt wird in der Bauruine. Reisetipps: Umgebung und Strand sind sehr Schön, Trogir ist immer eine Reise wert.
