Overall, the stay was decent. The receptionist was excellent and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the lack of a working iron or steamer was frustrating. I had an important event to attend and couldn’t properly prepare my outfit because the steamer provided did not work.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was decent. I found lots of hair on the accent pillows on both beds. The tub could have been cleaned better. There waa no hand soap by the sink but maybe they proboded the small skin care circle soap for that reason. My main complaint is that there was no way to fully secure the door so I didn't feel safe. There was a latch but no round ball for it to latch on to. Also, I could hear every footstep from the room above and in the hallway. Anytime a door closed or people walked back it sounded like someone was trying to get in my room.

The Winslow is a first class hidden gem! Spent the night after a Thunder game and we were pleasantly surprised with the room, very spacious and clean. Staff was amazing! The breakfast was better than your average hotel, they used China plates and silverware.

I can't say enough about the Winslow in Oklahoma City. The staff was amazing, not to mention the rooms were very clean and the process went very smoothly. We went through Expedia, and the personnel at the hotel worked with us on some other things upon check-in that other hotels wouldn't, so I really can't say enough. If you're ever in the area, it's a must-stay. Thank you again to the staff at the Winslow for making this stay outstanding.
