The only thing that is a downside is they don’t have onsite parking and you have to walk to it and it’s not free even after you walk to it you still have to pay $15 to park there.

Pillows weren't great. Noisy street traffic but great hotel nonetheless.

Such charm and super-attentive staff. The location is awesome and the roof top bar was especially fun with fine views

Didn’t like that you have to $15 for parking 2 blocks away dragging all your luggage isn’t the most fun especially when you’re paying more than a lot of hotels in the area.

Not only is this a beautifully remodeled hotel, but for those of us who love history it's in an old Dr's office building built in the early 20th century. The hotel kept the original doors & windows. Can't say enough about companies who try to retain the history in these beautiful buildings while respecting it enough to make it beautiful again on the inside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. This was a business trip so I told my wife the next long weekend we have we need to come here and stay. The area around the hotel is packed with new apartments & places to eat. This would be a nice relaxing get away to just explore the area & enjoy the hotel. The staff appeared to be well trained in customer service as they were courteous, helpful, and respectfully looked in you in the eye. I've been to some hotels where the receptionist looked down the entire time while talking to you busily working at checking me in. They could use the training the Ambassador staff attended. Thanks again for a great stay. By the way, I had the beef stroganoff in their restaurant. Excellent choice. It's been awhile since I've had stroganoff like that.

The hotel staff were great and the historic hotel was just what we were looking for. The hotel is not very far from brick town and other night activities. During our stay we tried to eat dinner downtown and it was completely booked... Not only that, we had trouble parking, so we went back to the hotel for dinner. The food was excellent and about the best we have had.... The hotel restaurant is pricey, but you won't be disappointed. We have stayed in several nice hotels on our holiday trip.. The Ambassador Hotel has been the best. .

Good hotel, clean room, comfortable. They did charge for parking which was inconvenient

Thank you for your kind review, Angela! I am sorry that our parking lot is not directly adjacent to the Ambassador, however we are thankful to have a surface lot in a growing downtown district. We are thankful for your feedback and hope to see you again!

Thank you for your feedback, Andrew! We are sorry that our pillows did not meet your mark and we are working to address the street noise issue by installing sound dampening windows in our guest rooms. We hope to see you again!

We are terribly sorry for your inconvenience at the Ambassador Hotel OKC, Autograph Collection. Due to our location, unfortunately our lot is a fair distance from the hotel. Please come back and see us again! We would be happy to take care of your parking with your return. Have a great day!
