Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Attended Blake Shelton concert and VIP session. Covered skybridge to convention center. No need to walk out in heat or rain. Loved it!

Room was disappointing carpet was dirty and bunching up throughout the suite was expecting better quality, sofa uncomfortable and old.

The room would not cool down to a comfortable temp, even when gone from the room with thermostat turned to 68, it still felt 73....slept out from underneath the covers most of the night with a warm pillow, that could have been better, but the room was clean to satisfaction, could have used more towels. One shower towel/person with a female with long hair doesn't go to well.

In town for the weekend. Parking was annoying, but reasonable given the downtown location. Within walking distance to interesting things to see and do.

We stayed here while our daughter had rehearsals at the nearby Civic Center. It was a perfect location, and the shuttle would take us anywhere we needed to go downtown. We had room service for dinner, and it was excellent. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We also ordered breakfast the next morning, and there was a little trouble with that, but the hotel comped the breakfast because of their mistake. All in all, a great hotel that we will return to.

Convenient to downtown and the Bricktown nightlift, this hotel offered great service, and a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, close to the waterway. Walking distance to many bar and eats.

The Renaissance was a great hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a great view of downtown Oklahoma City. The pool was even open late. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great for the price. The hotel has a nice gym, however only a few of the channels worked on the TV on the equipment.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms - great location. Conveniently located. Very clean rooms and quick response to any needs.

While the room was fine, apparently the maid that serviced the room before my check in did not clean the toilet very well...if at all. I've stayed here before and always a comfortable stay. Will return.

Good hotel. Only problem is that the gym TVs have few channels and many channels are fuzzy.

Two things I hate about hotels. 1. Having to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the stay, especially when your only option is valet. 2. Having to fix my tolet after every flush so that the water will fill up again. Other than that, the location was perfect.

The hotel was nice and clean. Food was fine, but the people who worked at the hotel were just awsome. I can't tell you when I have had a more pleasant stay. Everyone went above and beyond. Especially the wait staff and the the parking crew. A specail thank you to Jarred who was just so helpful. I loved the people too of OKC and I will be back. Thank you for making my stay just great!!!!!!!!!

Our family stayed in 2 rooms at the club level and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The arena is near enought to walk to and there are several restaurants within walking distance in Bricktown. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot but they do have valet parking which I would suggest using. ($25 overnight) Love it. I would definitely stay there again if rooms are available.

Me and my wife stay at this hotel about 4 times a year just to get out of the house and enjoy downtown OKC. On this stay everything was great except we woke up the next morning after a night out and the bath tube had backed up from another room. We called down and workers showed up to fix it at about 10 AM. As everyone knows check out is at 11 AM and I was not going to take a shower in that tube after what I had seen in the tube. No other room was offered and when we told the check out person she said "Oh I am sorry". We may stay some where else next time. This is one of the more expensive hotels and I do exspect alot more service. But like I said before usually a great place to stay.

I had called repeatedly to ask for a room with double beds and on a lower floor and was assured oh yes we will accomodate...when we got there, we were put on the 13th floor (only 16 floors) and given a king size bed...none of the requests were honored...breakfast not included and horribly expensive and certainly not worth the money...would not recommend at all!

The hotel was nice and clean and close to the area we were looking for. It had fairly easy access for parking. Though, you should do your research ahead of time about where to park. It isn't obvious and it's not easy to pull in to the entrance to find out. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was very roomy and the bathroom was great. The beds were ok, not super comfortable. Nice 3-4 star hotel!
