The room was spacious, though quite dated. With winter outside and mostly colder, there didn't appear to be any heating in the open, entrance courtyard area. Made for a chilly walk to the hot tub. The hot tub/steam room were the highlight. The hot tub timer could be longer. The breakfast was minimal, biscuits and (watery) gravy, pork suasages, white & wheat toast, waffle set-up, juices, water, and coffee. A few muffins. The courtyard was too cold to eat at. The desk staff was a little cold, also, and not the most welcome.

Pros: affordable for suite space -you get living room and counter for coffee/tea along with fridge and microwave oven, clean room, close proximity to most places when driving. Cons: noisy people upstairs late at night, most nights. When I mentioned to management, all she did was comment how long those guests have stayed. Worn-out and dusty furniture, especially in the open, public space where there were nice plants.

The hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. The carpets appear to be very old as does the bathroom areas and furniture. There is a musty basement like smell in the room probably due to the aged carpet. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was ok but they ran out of sausage both days we stayed there. Until it is renovated I would avoid.

The room was filthy upon arrival. There were no sheets on my bed and stains all over the walls. When i asked for extra towels/pillow i was questioned as to why I needed it. I had to go downstairs and explain how it was not the 17 year olds business why i was asking for extra pillow and towel

I was a bit disappointed after reading the reviews. I’m a cleaner so I might have a higher standard. I thought there could have been more attention to detail. Breakfast was very disappointing. There were choices, they just weren’t kept stocked.
