Welcome to the beautiful, historic Shepherd District neighborhood! Every guest will feel right at home in this spacious traditional brick house.

This almost 100 year old home has all the historical charm with the modern amenities we love. The backyard is perfect for enjoying on the large deck or master balcony. **Please note*** this is a historic home with some quirks. The stairs are steep and the deck does not have a railing. It may not be suitable for small children.

Centrally located, it’s a short drive to downtown, the trendy Plaza and Paseo and many other local attractions. This home is an oasis in the city!
