The room was not complete. No blankets, no soap,no towels. No elevator they did not tell or contact me about there being KNOW elevator. Air did not work.

Got a message stepping off airplane that their elevator was out but that I was on 2nd floor. So not far to walk. Was still 2 flights of stairs. Found out it had been out since September. Someone from. The hotel or hotel.com should have told us so we could cancel and rebook somewhere else before my deadline to cancel and not wait til I am on the way!!!Should have offered to give part of money already paid back for the trouble. We are both in our 70’s and my husband still recovering from Achilles surgery.

Can you imagine booking a non-refundable reservation for an accessible room only to find out after you arrived that their elevator isn't working and hasn't worked for the last 2 months?? We had to leave and find a different place to stay.

Don't book this. Terrible pillows, awful mattress, and argumentative front desk lady Door to outside doesn't lock and drug zombies in parking lot. No ice bucket she gave me a water pitcher to use. Argued about broken lock on outside door without even checking. Super loud no sleep for 3days. Book elsewhere, trust me

Both elevators were out and had apparently been out for a little while. They put our group on 2nd floor but it was still difficult for luggage. Also the extra security latch in my room was broken so I could not double latch my door. That needs to be fixed. There’s even a sign on the door that advises hotel guest to always use that feature for safety and security reasons. Very clean facilities. Nice staff.

This is an older, well kept hotel. Its age shows, but it’s very clean and the rooms are spacious compared to newer hotels. Breakfast was good and coffee was always available. Only drawback was the room fragrance which was overpowering. If it wasn’t the hotel’s doing, there was an occupant before me with STRONG cologne.

Facility is old and has had little to no maintenance. The entrance was nice. Once past the entrance then you see everything has been neglected. Elevators didn't work. Pool could've been much cleaner. Toilet in one of our rooms was refilling the tank from an internal leak continuously. Doors to areas away from entrance were hard to open. You had to force them. Not typical Hampton Inn quality.

Friendly service, good location but hotel needs building maintenance and the construction noise outside starts at 7am. I would wait to go back until the remodeling and construction is done. Late check-in due to room not ready until after 5pm. Elevators not working. Intense smell of bleach and obvious water damage and plumbing issues.
