though the room was good and spacy, with a balcony , with a good big bathroom , the condition of the walls was poor,dirty, the smell was bad, the floor was not properly cleaned . the worst thing is communication at the check-in (you need to check in at another location and you'll find out about that when you arrive at the property ;the guy did not know simple English words)) and check out. no one is present at the check out at 09.00am. two japanese girls who also came to check out reached the hotel by phone and asked what to do . actually you just need to drop the key to the box on the1st floor . but WHY did no one tell that at the check in??? and please provide at least a plate, a knife, a frying pan for free, because it was stated in the description as the room is a mini studio.

Couple on a budget

The room was cleaner and newer than expected, especially for the price. We stayed on the top floor so the view was pretty nice. The only complaint I have is that the shower was cold but we managed to pull through since the temperature was quite warm. There are several parking lots nearby which was very convenient. Overall, perfect if you think you’ll be spending more time exploring Okinawa than inside the room and if you’re on a budget.

1st the location : 15-20 min walk from monoriel (Asabashi station), 25-30 min from Kokusai Dor, 5min from familymart, 10 min from a supermarket. Google Maps doesn´t work with local buses, we had some bus stations near but we did not how to use it. 2nd The room; We stayed in a very good and new room, big enough to stay confortable for seven days. Bed was confortable, they have laundry and dryer inside the room (pretty convinient), big bathroom and shower. The next part is the reason why they don´t obtain a better score. How is possible that they rent a kitchenette inside the room and they do not provide at least one plate or spoon?, when i asked at that "such a reception" (room 201), two young guys tried to rent me the equipment for the kitchen per 1000 yenes. They don´t speak english, they only answered that the fee are part of "hotel rules". Also i requested for a second key, because of the different schedule with the other person, they smiled and said that was not possible they only had one key per room. I realised that my 00 Japanese lenguage couldn´t help, so i wrote through hotels.com, but i still waiting for the answers. If you don´t need talk with someone who works in the hotel or you speak japanese , it is a good place to stay. The elevator is very hot all the time. it does´t have a/c or fan. 80% recommended.

Great location and excellent clean one bedroom apartment close to the beach . It’s a little far from the monorail station , about 1.2km so you may need a taxi if you have lots of luggage . 2km walk to Naha downtown. When you get there , the reception is on floor 2 . There’s a number on the entrance , so ring it and they’ll come down . Staff speak very little English , close to nothing so if you speak Japanese it’s a bonus . Anyway , they’ll do their best of course . Just arrive , call the number , they’ll show you to your room and give you a key . If you need extra towels , ammenities, help yourself on level 2 deposit area . Love this place

口コミをみて中層階から上層階をリクエストしたがダメでベランダに出ると近隣の案内所係員と目が合う感じがした。 清掃が隅々まで出来てない状態でした。 朝、ごみを出したが次のゴミ袋がなくチェックインしたホテルまで貰いに行った。ゴミ箱に予備袋があると良かった。 洗濯機が一番酷かった。 １、洗濯槽クリーニングがされていない。 　　100均で槽クリーニング洗剤を購入してやった。 ２、中のゴミ取りネットの汚れが一番酷かった！ 　　歯ブラシを使って清掃をした。 洗濯機があると助かりが今回は使用を考えた。

❌ 窓が二つあったが、片方にはカーテンなし キッチンはあるも、食器と調理器具は全くなく、有料 ゴミは部屋の前に出すよう貼り紙はあったが、３日間回収はなし ⭕️ 波の上ビーチにとても近い 洗濯機と乾燥機の設置は大変ありがたい

良かった点：洗濯機、乾燥機がある。周辺に安いコインパーキングが多く駐車できないかもという心配がない。 悪い点：洗濯機とベッドまでの間に仕切りがないのでうるさい。ラブホ街・風俗街のど真ん中にある。
