Entspricht nicht dem Standard der A CASA Wohnungen

Positiv: - Preis vergleichsweise guenstig - Zentral in Oetz - Sehr gross, viel Platz Negativ: - auf den Bildern schaut es deutlich besser aus - Parkplaetze nicht ausgeschildert und kein fester Untergrund, also Wiese und bei nassem Wetter rutschig bis zum feststecken - Bad im Erdgeschoss kein Licht, mussten Taschenlampen/Handy beleuchtet werden - Keine Rezeption vor Ort, nur in Soelden, was 30-40min entfernt ist
