Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms which are fairly spacious. Staff are really friendly and speak good English. Hotel is in a great location right across from the opera house and close to the Potemkin Steps. The breakfast isn't great and it is better to go out and about for better food which is better value for money.

Mozart hotel in central Odessa It is good hotel for anyone visiting Odessa everything is close by and great quality of service,Excellent rooms an unforgetable view indeed Thank you, Alexander, for honesty and advice

Loved Odesa. Best thing about the hotel is its location- right across from the Opera house and easy walking distance to all the main sights, and restaurants. The decor could use an update as it feels old. The rooms are fine- basic 3-4 star. Bed was comfy enough. Air con worked reasonably well. Furniture on the simple side. Bathroom small but shower (no tub) large. Everything decent. Staff was friendly and reasonably helpful. I didn't try the breakfast as preferred to eat in the gardens of the restaurants directly across the street which was far ore pretty and serene an environment. I'd say if you don't want to spend on the Bristol this is another good choice for a hotel.

Hotel very good located, very central. Nice restaurant outdoor terrasse. Personell is friendly, does its best, but management not visible. Breakfast is o.k., do not expect a too large choice. Rooms are clean, but used over the decades, need definitively a refurbishment. Access to some of the rooms not easy with luggage or handicap. During my stay I got a junior suite, far away of what you expect normally under this title. In addition I experienced a water invasion from the ceiling directly onto my bed during a strong rain. Had to change the room at 2 a.m. Next room I was told to be even nicer. Surface was bigger, but bathroom smell like one would live in the sewerage. What annoid me most, was the fact, that after such night experience no-one from the statff or management showed interest nor contacte me the next day. Servicing is definitively a point of improvement.

I had to stay in the hotel not because it was my choice - my stay was organized by someone. So I appreciate a lot an effort of the organizer and I am very thankfull - but still I think I am entitled to comment the hotel. Room - oh - it is a 4 star hotel ... room in the basement. I have to go out from the main building , go through dark in the night courtyard to get to the next building. An adventure. With many steps. There are all air condition machines facing a courtyard - the noise of it is annoying. So if you come to the hotel and you get a room starting with 1 - protest immediately. The room is not well equiped - There is a mini bar - but there is no single glass. I am afraid i it is not a 4 star hotel. In my standard. Reception staff is ok - but only ok - hard to see them smiling - I feel like they always making me a favor when I ask to do something. But they do it ! It is strange because usually people here in Odessa are very friendly, smiling and helpful. The location of the hotel is great - and that is for me the only positive side.

Not friendly nor helpful at all! They don't issue a Tourist Voucher as needed by the Ukraine Embassy in Pretoria. I almost did not get a visa because of that. Counter service in the hotel is very bad. .

I had double bed room, small but cozy with a nice view to the opera house of Odessa, with a nice bathroom. However, breakfast was a great disappointment. Very poor, quality, quantity and variety of products! perhaps the poorest breakfast assortment I have seen in a 4 stars hotel, and perhaps worse of many 3 stars hotels! The service was as well very poor, as all waiters were in the kitchen gossiping and there was not a toil or a paper to find in the tables. Moreover, he waiting personnel in the breakfast hardly spoke any english at all.

The hotel is managing to survive on its excellent location and past glory, however it is badly in need of some TLC and renovation. I changed rooms: the chandelier was lovely, but there was no heating. The pool facilities in the pictures look a lot better than in real life! There was a separate charge for the breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure why they couldn't issue a receipt for payment of the mini bar in the room?

Made the booking to specific hotel the last minute as our reservation in another hotel had a problem thus had no time to double check the reviews. From outside hotel looks nice same entering the hotel in the reception, also the behaviour (very polite) of the reception and generally from all stuff of the hotel in order to help you is very good. Problem of the hotel are the rooms that for sure need renovation as rooms are old style. Several times we had problems with the safety box, bathroom and the card activation of the room. Last but not least breakfast is very poor and the least provided to eat (very few options) are not refill in the small buffet prior get empty!!

When you ask locals they would say tjis is the most elegant and expensive hotel in town. Used to be true, prices now are more accessible. The location is great, just in front of the opera and some of the best vafes in town. The interior is well kept and well worrh a visit if passionate about neoclassic and liberty deco. Hopedully ot will be restored to its former glory
