I really like the place, which is located above a carwash and a restaurant, yet is fairly soundproofed in a quiet neighborhood. Yet, there are several things it can improve upon: 1) For the double beds, the linen on the mattress does not fit. Almost each night, it came off and became bunched up. Invest in some linens that fit, so it's less of a hostel feel. 2) Invest in a common refrigerator. Each room does not have a refrigerator, but a common one is good enough. I bought some grocery food and drinks that I could not keep cold. If this is done, then also invest in some common plates and silverware, as glass cups are provided (there is a a tea kettle but no tea!). 3) The wrong prices for this lodging was initially entered in the setup on Expedia. 4) This place currently does *not* have breakfast. The restaurant is under repair for a long time. This is a false expectation of a free breakfast. 5) The comfort and double room descriptions need to be switched!
