flight was on time very poor service at the hotel dont send guests there shower was full of water drain was poor no clock phone system was poor

The hotel was a waste of money! Good was so disgusting! The workers were extremely rude! I would let my enemy stay there!

Overall good. My issues were with staff being slow to respond to out requests and the food options during snack time and lack of availability for beach towels. Other than that we had a blast in the beach and pool. The beds were humongous and clean. I would return as long as those glitches were fixed.

Very quaint hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Loved being steps away from the beach from my room. The rooms were very clean but dated. If you are looking for modern, this hotel is not for you. If you want old world charm you will find it here. The food was good and authentic Jamaican. ,

I went to buried my mother, and everyone let me feel at home keep up the good work god bless you all

Great wait staff. Quite hotel that's right on the beach. Nightly entertainment and great food. Would definitely go again. Hotel is gem and close to everything.

We ended up asking for an early departure because of how dissatisfied myself and fiancé were. The pictures online are out of date and so is the entire establishment. The room gave me a cruise ship vibe very tight spaced and the AC wasn't manageable (it was only freezing or not working); and since there wasn't a comforter I was a popsicle for two nights until we left. We couldn't leave immediately bea cause the hotel charges the first two as a cancel fee. So we were struck with water that shoots out of the phacet from the sink making a mess of everywhere and in the shower it didn't run hot enough. There were cats everywhere (my fiancé is allergic) and the staff said they try to shoo them but that just come back so they just embrace them.??? I was astonished of how the staff made lite of our concerns. The bar closed at different times each day and the food was not good and served cold. Shaw park was supposedly an all inclusive but it's worse than basic. We had to walk down the beach to buy food from the next hotel over because they had run out of food at lunch on our first day. Then when tried to book an excursion they said we couldn't because they needed at least 6 people to sign up. And considering the other guests were only seniors let's just say we didn't get to go. Then in order to get our refund we had to call Shaw Park several times in order to get a response. Don't stay here save yourself the expense and headache.

Hotel signage is bad so trouble finding it. The rooms were very old doors hard to open and cable constantly goes out. It should not be advertised as all inclusive with a maximum of 2 drinks per day. And there are severs that ratio your food. I stayed at 3 different hotels and this was by far the worst resort

This hotel has been allowed to fall into a terrible state of disrepair, but has a fresh coat of paint. The pots are either filled with wilting cut flowers or sick plants. WiFi is only available in the lobby, which is too hot to sit in. Windows and mirrors are filthy. Ferral cats beg for food when guests dine on the patio. Food quality is occasionally adequate. Only one good waiter-Anthony- the rest are not worthy of mention. Hallways are generally dark. Entry to property is rundown, dirty and bare. Staff report that the owner has so much money he doesn't care about the property and refuses to invest in it. So glad to leave!!

the hotel claims to be more than it really is. looks like it has not been touched/renovated for 30 years. except for the nice lobby, all other areas are pretty beaten down. there is not much of food variety and feels like left overs from prior day cooked in different style the next day. way overpriced hotel/food for the value they are providing.

First I want to say that for the most part the staff was fantastic!!! The hotel itself is another story. It was musky and moldy (I am very sensitive to both those smell and I had to take my Asthma med). The decor is very out dated. I told my husband that this place was established in the 1960s based on the decor. When we asked it was created in the 1960s. The rugs look like they have not been changed since the 1960s and the furniture and draperies. Many of lights for the outside was not working until the last night of our stay. Lunch buffet was the same everyday. At this point no one could pay me to got there.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend and man above anything else....the staff! WOW. What a great bunch of guys. The hotel itself is good but not great but the staff made it an experience to remember. If you try this hotel ask the Sheff to introduce you to his dog..Pretty boy. The food was well prepared. Only thing I disliked was the entertainment, just not lively enough for a vacation that is suppose to keep you lively and get that feel good vacation vibes. Thanks again to all you the staff members.

Dear Dangelo !, We regret you did not enjoy your vacation here at this Resort and as the manager, wished you had come forward and report on the things that were disgusting. Dear D by Orbitz !, your comments are always welcome and everyone of them is taken seriously, as we strive to improve the Hotel and it's facilities. Concerning your observations, we are hoping to install lights by the roadway, so patrons who are travelling by car will be able to see the Hotel Sign much clearer at nights. Please note that our Hotel was built in the Sixties and it is not new, however we are quite unique, have a special charm and offers a relaxing, quiet and peaceful vacation to the more mature clients. We regret you did not enjoy your stay here !. Kindest regards, Oliver Ramdeen.
