The Space:

Step inside this spacious Oceanside retreat and discover a home designed for comfort and entertainment. Each space is thoughtfully appointed to ensure a memorable stay:



- Bedrooms: Five well-appointed bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, while other bedrooms include king, queen, double, and bunk beds. All bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, offering comfortable bedding and ample space.

- Living Room: The inviting living room is a perfect gathering spot. It's ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach, watching movies on the Smart TV, or simply spending quality time together.

- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, with plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware available.

- Bathrooms: The property boasts three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Each bathroom is well-maintained and provides all necessary amenities.

- Outdoor Spaces: Step outside to a private oasis designed for fun and relaxation. The outdoor area features a sparkling swimming pool, a hot tub, a BBQ grill, an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor seating and dining area, and let the kids play on the front yard play structure.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, including all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy amenities like the swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor kitchen. There's also free parking available on the street, plus off-street parking in the back for 2 cars.

Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, our beach house offers an unbeatable location. You're just a short walk or bike ride from the iconic Oceanside Pier and the sandy shores of the Pacific Ocean. Explore a variety of dining options, from casual beachfront cafes to upscale restaurants – all within easy reach. Indulge in fresh seafood, savor delicious tacos, or enjoy a sunset cocktail with ocean views. For your convenience, local shops and markets are nearby for groceries and souvenirs. Enjoy the charming neighborhood atmosphere, with friendly locals and a laid-back vibe. LEGOLAND California is also a short drive away, making this the perfect base for family fun.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our Oceanside Beach House. For those arriving by air, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Public transportation options are available, with the Oceanside Transit Center offering connections to the COASTER commuter rail, Amtrak, and local buses. The transit center is about a 10-minute drive from the property. For exploring the local area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Parking is convenient with free street parking and off-street parking for two cars in the back. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions and seamless travel during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating & Pet Policy: Please note that pool heating is optional and available for $150 per day (3-day minimum). Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool without heating, weather permitting. To schedule pool heating, please request it at least 72 hours in advance. Regarding pets, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of the number, breed, and size of your pets. A fee of $100 per pet applies for extra cleaning and maintenance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



Interaction with Guests:

During your stay, we'll be available if you need assistance. You can reach us through the app messaging system, and we'll respond as quickly as possible. We aim to reply to your messages within a few hours. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we'll only reach out if necessary to ensure everything is going smoothly.
