Perfect Two-Week Getaway by the Ocean

We spent an incredible two weeks by the ocean, and everything was absolutely perfect. The breathtaking views, soothing sound of the waves, and relaxing atmosphere made this a truly unforgettable experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the local amenities met all our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation—everything exceeded our expectations.

Great location and view!

Recently renovated and modern unit. Everything was great. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. Underground parking is just steps away from the unit as was access out of the complex to the beach. We've stayed in other units at this complex before but this is our favorite!

Sea luxe condo

We loved this condo! It was so beautiful and organized. We had everything we needed.We cooked in several times in the awesome kitchen.Outstanding views, We will definitely stay here again. We appreciated having the beach equipment and the wagon close and not in the garage Although I am not a minimalist at home I loved the decor in this condo and I am motivated to declutter a bit more now.🫠

Gorgeous!!!

This condo is amazing!! Everything is brand new, immaculately clean, and it is stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of linens/towels, lots of great beach equipment/toys (including a big wagon to tote it to the beach), and the beachfront views were incredible! The staff was super helpful and quick to respond anytime we needed help. It was awesome to be within walking distance to a great beach but also have access to the big pool and hot tub. And the gym onsite was great also. We would definitely come back again!

Would definitely choose D22 again!

The condo is beautiful, completely updated and was immaculate when we arrived. It was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach towels and beach toys. Only one call out was there were only a couple of washcloths, but not a big deal. The facilities and grounds are very well maintained. It's easy to walk right out the door, turn right and go out the gate to the beach. It's also a pretty easy walk up to the pier and all of the restaurants. We would definitely pick this location and this particular condo for any future Oceanside stays.

The design is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, it's spacious and every detail was thought of like cozy throw blankets, robes, and pool towels for kids and adults. We cooked almost everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. Staying right by the ocean in the cottages definitely elevates a beach vacation to this complex with stunning views, crashing waves outside your door and convince to the other complex amenities like beach access, the pool & hot tub and laundry facilities. This condo never left me wanting of anything other than a longer stay! We will be back!

Wow! Just wow

We have stayed in several units at North Coast Village and this is by far the most luxurious. It feels much bigger than the other oceanfront units due to the open design and minimalist decor. There isn't the usual "coastal clutter" that makes small beach condos feel claustrophobic. There is plenty of room for food in the kitchen and clothing in the closets and dressers. It is incredibly well stocked with lots of blankets, high quality bedding, and everything you could ever want in the kitchen. The view is incomparable. The water crashes right beneath the master bedroom and the front balcony where you can watch the nightly sunset. The fireplace is large and much nicer than any other unit we have seen and the layered lighting throughout is a nice touch. The windows all have options for privacy and blackout drapers which is great for naps and little ones. The Murphy bunkbeds make the small guest room much more useable during the day and give the kids some extra space to play indoors. The master bathroom is stunning and has all of the small touches including a lighted medicine cabinet with oodles of storage. And last, but not least, the monogrammed robes are a nice touch. One less thing to pack and so nice in the mornings or after the hot tub. We will definitely be staying at D22 again. It's a 5 star luxury property right on the edge of the surf.
