The apparent was extremely clean and I don't say it lightly! When traveling with 2 small kids who live on the floor, clean space is a must for me. Kitchen was well equipped. One little improvement I'd add would be coffee pods ready to go. We arrive late in the evening, and the next morning the first thing we'd have loved to do was freshly brewed coffee, but we were unable to locate any. Luckily grocery stores aren't far away from the complex. Also the apartment has all the beach gear you'll ever need! The location was perfect, and ocean view was spectacular!

Amazing beach vacay

We loved our stay. We have stayed at the NCV complex many times and G25 was by far the nicest unit we've ever seen. Very comfortable, gorgeous views, the kitchen was great to work in and had everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

Family trip

We enjoyed the condo it was perfect for a family of 6. The location was great within walking distance to the pier and the harbor. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The balcony was enjoyable.

Great sunsets and beach

The condo is a great location with a very short walk to a sandy beach. The deck of the condo has views of the ocean and the great sunsets. Parking was included and mostly convenient. Finding the condo from the parking spot was a bit confusing but not a problem after the first time. The décor and furnishings are a bit outdated but adequate.

Beach vacation

Resort location is wonderful and felt very safe. Close to beach and harbor. Room included more items then we could have even thought of to make the stay even more like home. Resort layout can be a bit confusing though.

Perfect family vacation spot! NCV is second to none!

We've had multiple stays at NCV and this unit is in a perfect location at the complex and ideal for families. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and a short walk to the beach. Kids loved watching the fish jump in the river from the balcony. Unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway from home. Clean and well maintained unit. Highly recommend this unit and would stay here again. The complex itself is beautiful as always. Lush tropical grounds, well maintained, new washer and dryers, clean pool and hot tub. Thanks for an amazing stay!

wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing time at NCV and in particularly the Condo G-25. It was super clean and had everything to make our beach vacation perfect! Lots of beach items to use and everything in the kitchen you may need to prepare all manner of food. We left a few things behind and Nili made a point to call me & let me know. She even made arrangements to meet me there at the condo the following week so I could pick up my items. Great hosts!! Thank you so much for sharing your home by the beach. : )

Oceanside escape

This was a great venue to escape and hang out - from relaxing at the pool, utilizing the games room or hanging out at the beach. We enjoyed all the little extras from beach chairs, towels and cooler to the spices and condiments. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing & Serene Family Oasis

This condo’s water view is fabulous & incredibly calming. The owners, Bob & Nili, are on point with details & communication. They went the extra mile to make sure our visit was wonderful & we’re readily available if any issues arose. The condo is immaculate & very well appointed. Local eateries, the beach, pier and shops are all a light stroll away. We highly recommend renting this unit from these owners. We enjoyed every second of our stay!

Couldn't have asked for better

This condo is absolutely lovely!!! It was equipped with everything you need for a long weekend. Perfectly located to downtown (1 mile walk). The best part was Nili and Brian. Amazing communicators, keep me inform of event that were happening near by, arranged for a second parking spot and answered all my questions in a very timely manner... by the time we checked in, I felt like I was renting from a friend. Highly recommend this property and the owners of it. It was great! I can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic time. Everything we needed was available. Location was perfect- steps away from the beach. Walking distance to harbor and downtown Oceanside. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Very comfortable and nice. We would definitely come back!!!

Daughter's First Birthday

We came out to Oceanside for my daughter's birthday. The condo was perfect and we loved the location. The patio had a great view and we truly enjoyed sitting out there with a nice breeze. We would love to stay here again!
