This townhouse offers 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living, dining, kitchen, screened porch and deck. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center.
