Wonderfully helpful in the wake of Tropical storm Debbie

Even though our stay was cut very short due the impending storm, it is a delightful house to rent. We left quickly at 5am and didn't have time to follw all the procedures for departing the house. After texting the rental company, they were very forgiving of the clutter we left. Thanks so much.

The check in process was easy and manager responded quickly, however house was not as pictured. Paint is bubbling up, door to one of the bathrooms gets stuck and when opening it makes a loud noise. The vanity under the sink is caving in and dirty. In the garage where the ping pong table, corn hole and dart board are is not in adequate condition for kids to be in. There is a hole in the wall, an old bathroom that is blocked off and the dryer vent exhausts into the garage. The outside landscaping leading to the dock is sand with weeds growing through and there is a plastic table top on three cinder blocks. When we brought this up to the manager she said no one else had mentioned this and all she could do is send maintenance out. After a while she did offer a full refund but only gave us under an hour to leave so we decided to stay as everything was sold out and we had driven from far away. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable to say the least. Also, we had to enter the code multiple times before the front door would unlock. The kitchen is not well stocked with pots and pans. The ones they do have are very old. Overall the house needs a lot of work and repairs. We made the most of our vacation but we will not book this again.

Dated and not cleaned well

Property manager was fine but property is much more dated than advertised. Overall cleaning of home was disappointing, lights or ceiling fans didn’t work in the living room area. Flooring was coming up in second bathroom, sink in master bath doesn’t drain well. Just like the many other reviews, the front door lock was pathetic and consistently gave us problems. On the listing it stated the backyard was freshly landscaped leading to the dock, but unless you call a whole bunch of sand and a table top on cinderblocks freshly landscaped, that was also misleading. Not a good overall experience.

Great Family Vacation

My family absolutely loved our stay at Isle of a Time. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. We loved the location; a dock on the canal, and a short walk to the beach. We spent our evening fishing, paddle boarding, and swimming from the dock. Everyone has asked that we stay again next summer.

Had a wonderful time. Location was great and close to the beach. Enjoyed talking to the neighbors...very friendly. The dock was a plus for our boat. Great vacation!

Great little family getaway

It was a perfect long weekend house for our family. We took our 2-year-old and my parents to the beach for the weekend. The house was well equipt for a family with young children. The size and openness were perfect for us to be able to keep an eye on our little one. It is an easy walk to the beach, but ample parking is available if you start your day early! Our system was an easy one. We drove and parked at 10 am and unloaded the car. One of us walked back for nap time, and the others stayed and could pack up the car and drive back whenever they wanted! I'd definitely recommend this house!

Cozy beach home

Our family was very comfortable in this home. We loved the decor. Very light and airy. Enjoyed sitting on back deck by water. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe here. House had everything we needed.

Great vacay!

We have two small kids (3 and 1.5 years old), so anytime we rent a place to stay we get nervous about it being “kid friendly” enough. Plenty of room for them to play indoors and outdoors. Nice rooms and cute decor. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Spacious garage for parking vehicles. Location was close enough to everything. Great stay and would def recommend.

Great location. Fantastic boat access

I loved this property for the boat dock and closeness to beach access as well as the ample parking. The home was clean and the furnishings are comfortable and new. The kitchen was well stocked to do light cooking and baking. All around wonderful experience and Rob was quick to respond to my questions about the home and area as well as informative. We will be back.
