Steps to beach and boardwalk, building offers two car parking, elevator and outdoor pool. Building is well maintained. Walking distance to amusements, dining, and nite life. Sleeps 8. No Smoking. No pets!

Condo and checking in

The condo we stayed in Belmare 302 was clean, comfortable and had everything and more that we would need for our stay. The checking in process thru Beach Real Estate was so much easier then going to 52nd street ot get keys and drop back off, the agents at Beach Real Estate were so helpful and friendly, you couldn't ask for more
