This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Terrace 507 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The entire unit is stylishly furnished following a beach theme. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy sectional, two suede arm chairs, two matching chairs, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with gorgeously painted stools and a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Past the kitchen is a dining area and a boat-shaped bookshelf, filled with books you can read on the beach. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a double bed, and a personal television, perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. You can tell that the owners only care about making money...amenities were cheap and bare minimal...

We have stayed at several other condos in this building for the last 10 years...this unit is unimpressive...

The property was in great condition and was stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation very enjoyable. We also would highly recommend booking through Shoreline Properties. They went over and above what other rental agencies have done for us in the past, we can't thank them enough for making our O.C. vacation the best ever.

The property was very spacious and dirty

We got to the rental unit and it was nice and spacious and looked beautiful. But upon further look the bathrooms were dirty with hair everywhere. The one shower could not be used because the drain was blocked. So only one bathroom could be used for showers. The kitchen was still dirty from the last renters also. The cleaning people did a horrible job. After we cleaned the place up it was rather enjoyable except the fact we couldn't use one shower.
