What a lovely stay! I will be back! The cleanliness is my biggest requirement when booking a house for stay. I have been traveling to OCM for over 15 years and have stayed at multiple properties and always had to bring my own products and deep clean my house before the stay. I was so pleased with how clean the house was from the countertops to the floors i ran my own mop and my disinfectant wipes across both and what a clean property i couldnt stop talking about it. The location is excellent so close to shopping and the boardwalk and restaurants we walked to dinner and the beach. The hospitality of the property management were very attentive and had great communication. My mom left her headphones upon departure and they reached out and immediately shipped them to arrive the next day. It was the best stay ive ever had in ocean city in all my years. I will be booking this same exact house for many trips in the near future. 1 thing i want to say is if you are traveling with small children and elderly the stairs are a bit difficult. For that age group specifically, but i had no problem. Great job to the home owners on this one!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Everything about this place was perfect. My whole family and my dog loved staying here. Lots of steps but my 94 year old Mother was able to get around since she spent most of her time on the main floor. Only downside was we couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work. Was able to get K cups so we were still able to have our coffee. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Home!

The location is great with easy access to many restaurants, and it was great to have a convenience store only one block away. The kitchen had everything we could need. Dishwasher and washer/dryer combo is a plus! The two car garage is a great addition as it’s difficult to nearby find street parking. You will get a workout with all the steps! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!!!

This house was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful time in Ocean City. We didn’t have to drive the whole time we were there because the location was great!! Only downside was we couldn’t stay longer.

We had a wonderful specially staying at sea salt. It was located at such a convenient area and I loved how they had everything you needed to spend a few days there. Also loved the 2 car garage. Highly recommend this place.

Extremely Clean and the perfect location! My family truly enjoyed their stay! We loved being able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and wonderful restaurants! I would definitely choose this rental again!

The location was perfect for us. You are a short walk from the Boardwalk and the inlet. The rental was clean and as described. Communication was great. This will definitely be where we stay the next time we visit Ocean City.

Cruise-in OC

Place is fresh, clean, very nice on the inside. Plan on running up and down stairs a lot. If you are not fit or have bad legs you may not want to stay here. If you have more than 2 cars, parking will be a problem. Street parking is expensive, and they only let you buy 7 hours at a time. I loved the house. It is close to the boardwalk and other places.

Great location, ok service

The house is perfectly located for quick walking access to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants and recreational opportunities within short walk too, which made coordinating activities very easy. It was a great spot for our family! However, the house layout isn't ideal for those who can't do lots of stairs (it's 4 levels!). The listing makes it seem like the main level (kitchen/living room) is on the second floor, but it's actually on the third. Elders or young kids may struggle with this. The house has all the essentials, but lacks the nicer touches to make the stay cozy. The linens and towels are very poor quality--I'd recommend bringing your own--and the pull out couch is quite uncomfortable whether open or closed. But if you're spending most of your time at the beach, it doesn't matter as much! Additionally, I called and left messages with the company twice before our stay and never received any communication in response. They did send multiple texts to check in once we were onsite.

Somewhat pet-friendly.

Loved our stay, even though the property was not ready at our check in time. We could not get in until an hour after the designated time, and the place was not 100% clean. It was not inspected by the gentleman who came by to drop off our welcome bag after the cleaning crew left as he said he could not find a place to park to go in. That was unacceptable. And a bag of dirty linens was left on our doorstep that I had to call to have someone come remove. I also had to call maintenance for an annoying sound that was coming from a damper in the garage which needed a screw to be tightened to stop the noise. A small inconvenience. Other than that, the unit itself was amazing. My biggest complaint would be that for being pet friendly, which was great for our small dog, there was NO good place on the property grounds for the dog to go "out" to the bathroom. A small patch of grass located on the side of the building was very sparse and not kept up with, so we were hard pressed to find decent close place to take him. A maintained, even small patch of grassy area would have been nice, and expected, for being considered "pet friendly." Other than that, the location and the unit were awesome!!!

Excellent Property

Great location. The place is clean and in good shape. The management company was very responsive with excellent support. We loved that the house is dog friendly with no trace of any pet odor. Access to a stick vacuum was a plus so we could easily clean our mess and keep the house clean. Wouldn't mind booking this place again.

Family Gatherings

We just had a great time plenty of room for 7 adults. It was off season so noise an crowds was minimal. Local M.R Duck was open an walking distance, along with the beach/ boardwalk. We cooked in most nights with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There is a lot of stairs here so if you have trouble might not be for you. The place was clean an the management co was great. They text an email me a couple time checking if we needed anything. We are already talking coming back. Location was great.

Wonderful spot!

Sea Salt was clean, quiet, and still close to the action. We enjoyed catching glimpses of the amusement park and yachts from the house. It’s the perfect spot in Ocean City!

Great Ocean City Getaway

This was a great place for a long weekend. Pictures are accurate and had plenty of space for a group 6. Walking distance to the boardwalk, but far enough that it’s quiet. We would stay here again.

Great location - close to everything!

We loved our time at Sea Salt. The house was very clean and spacious for our family. It is located just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and close to the rides. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to OCMD! The bedrooms and main living areas are on separate floors, so there are a decent amount of steps, if that is a consideration for other families.

Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, you would never know it was a dog friendly rental. Dorothy was wonderful! She was very responsive to texts and quick to answer any questions we had. We didn't want to leave!

Great place in OCMD

My family and I had a great stay at Sea Salt in OCMD. The place was great and we were able to bring our dogs as well. The place was extremely comfortable and well stocked. I highly recommend this place.
