It’s in a good location. Just be prepared to pay for parking offsite.

Was not told that there wasn’t enough parking behind the facility to accommodate all guests so was disappointed in having to spend more. The shower was insanely small and the water temp fluctuated even following the directions taped on the outside of it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow cases had some stains. The towels in the bathroom were damp. Overall the stay was fine, but not worth the price.

Simple, unassuming property. The standard amenities were a bit lacking. Do not rely (I never do, but others might) on the soap/shampoo they give you... not worth use. The complimentary coffee was either empty or cold. The shower was TINY, and the floor of the shower was rough and in slight disrepair, but functional. Getting to the bathroom sink required stepping over the toilet as the bathroom is that small. Parking is annoying, as they have only 8 spots on property, but offer an alternative lot a couple of blocks away. Like I said, annoying, but not terrible. That is the bad. Now lets cover the good. The rest of the room was large and comfortable (a bit under-furnished with no storage though). The staff was friendly, the place clean and quiet and convenient to the beach. If you want a simple, inexpensive place to sleep while spending the day *out* on the beach or around town, this is a great option. If you are looking for "amenities" then look elsewhere. Think if this as a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast. Still a great value for what you pay.

Close to the beach and boarwalk, priced outrageous, showers are grimy, toilets are small, windows have clear view of the bed without blinds, limited parking, bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner, no ice machine. Staff is friendly, just do your thing and they do theirs.

I do not ask or expect much in a hotel. But honestly have never been in a smaller room in my life. Example: if you sit on the toliet, you cannot extend your legs even half way because the sink is right there. You literally have to sit on snd angle. Im not a big person. 5ft 8/ 170lbs. Could barely fit in the shower. There isnt even a table to place your stuff on in the room or bathroom. Just put everything on the floor. Wouldn’t mind all of this if i was paying roadway inn motel price but 1 night was over 100. Location is great, but that is all. Not even mad. I take responsibility for my poor decision and good hustle on the owners part, but if you stay here it should be for no more than 50 a night.

Pleased to find something last minute so didn’t expect much. It was a good place to sleep. Great location, outdated and small room.

This place was cozy. Perfect for a couple if all they’re looking for is a place to crash and unwind. Somehow scored an ocean view room at the last minute for Memorial Day weekend. We were happy with how clean it was. Staff was friendly, and hands down the best location for the value. Less than a two minute walk from front door to boardwalk. We’ll be back!

Not a nice place. Came back from a day on the beach to find our room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff. After bring the issue up at the front desk we were told "oops, that happens sometimes"!!! All the doors stick. The exit doors are locked at night. Everything electrical in the room is supplied by small extension cords.

I booked this room that day and ended up with a third floor bedroom with a ocean, boardwalk view. It is a short block from the board walk and the gentlemen at the desk was very nice and helpful. Pros- A/C, small ocean view, old feel house setting, short walk to boardwalk. Bed was comfortable. Cons- floor was dirty in bedroom (sand, from the beach), had to park 2 blocks away, lots of stairs. Honestly for the last minute price, despite the cons, it was really nice. I walked back to the room to cool off and get a cold drink from the fridge a few times. I would rent a room with a balcony next time, but would have to book in advance. Everything was booked this weekend and I got the last room in this hotel, so I'm happy with it.

My friends and I went for memorial day weekend and we had a blast. The parking wasn't bad, we found a spot in the parking lot directly behind the hotel. This is NOT a 5 star hotel, it's a cheap hotel for a cheap weekend. You get what you pay for. BUT they where accommodating, helped fix our shower head when we wanted the water pressure to be higher, they let us keep our car parked there even after we checked out. I would go there again if needed.

Old hotel need updating especially beds, bath, and linens

Not really a hotel more like a bedroom. Room was very small. Shower was so tiny could barely fit one person. We stayed here spur of the moment. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Room was awful. And the place was not really clean. Parking situation was horrible as well
