Bed sizes include 1 King, 2 queens beds, a pyramid bunk with a trundle and double sleep sofa.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Non refundable parking/facility fee $100 Jan-April and Oct-Dec, $150 May 1-27 and Sept 10-30, $200 all other dates. Includes 6 facility passes, add'l passes available for $70 each. No trailers permitted. Non-smoking, non-vaping property. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
