There was only one small condo between the hotel and the beach. The closest beach entry goes right out to a life guard station. It's an older hotel in good condition, and was exactly what we were looking for.

Great economy stay

The team here makes the property a great stay. There is a nice check in office, staff is on property at all times, and the rooms small but clean. The carpet and the curtains need to go. Location is also close to the boardwalk.

The staff at the deck were awesome and efficient the room was good , the king bed was comfortable I think in general hotels need to leave instructions for the tv channels

Very close to the beach. Swimming pool is a decent size it did come in handy with the heatwave it was to hot to go to the beach. They have loungers tables, and chairs so you can get out of the sun when you want to. They clean your room everyday no need to ask or you can put the do not disturb on your door. Plenty of parking. The beds are very comfortable. I did stay for 5 nights, and i was very comfortable. They do supply shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Plenty of towels, and i asked for an extra comforter. The AC works great and i have to mention this again. This is a very clean motel Why pay more somewhere else this is very affordable. I will definitely come back. Staff is very friendly. Everything is in walking distance.

The price itself is unbeatable. Super close to the beach and the pool is nice. Very close to the waterpark. 7-8 min walk to the northern end of the boardwalk. The room itself is pretty good at this price range. The AC is powerful in such hot weather.
