We arrive earlier which understand that I needed to wait until check in time, but everyone go the paperwork done but me. I literally was in the lobby and was ignore until i finally got up and stand there so they can make me check in (fill paperwork) they told me they could not give me my room cause it was done and towels and needed to be vacuum when I clearly saw so many room open and clean by the housekeepers. At the end my room only had on towel when it’s a double occupancy. Housekeepers look miserable working there too and overheard they have staffing issues which make sense as doesn’t seem they treat them really well. Overall the only good think is close to the beach and that’s about it.
Not a bad place but it's not the Hilton. It just happens to be right next to the Hilton. Room was decent but the beds were not good. Very hard cheap mattresses. It would have been no different than sleeping on a sleeping bag on the floor. The place was clean. Pool was nice, but kids were screaming obscenities at each other with the parents sitting and allowing it to happen. The hotel is situated close to the beach and has plenty of parking. The room has a fridge and microwave, cable TV, free Keurig coffee in the office and free wifi. Keep your valuables locked up in the safe. There are rumors of staff who have sticky fingers. A/C was great. It cooled down the room quick on the 90 degree days that I was there. Price of the room was very good. I paid $118 fees and taxes per night. Can't find much better price for the accommodations.
Property is close to the beach, jolly rodger amusements, bars, restaurants, bay, mini golf. Pool & free coffee. Clean but needs updated and for the price you pay it's well worth it. You go to the Beach to have fun not sit in your room!
The staff was so friendly from check in to maids to the pool cleaners they all gave us tips as first timers on what’s good and where to go and just upbeat you could they are genuinely good people the room was but fit us well close to the beach & basically everything just great atmosphere amazing people super clean would definitely go back on our next trip to the beach !

We were looking for a quick stay - passing through - and took a chance based on past reviews. It was more affordable .... but not so cheap as to make this worth it. The property is aging. Our toilet had been scrubbed so much that the finish was worn off. We ran in to use a public bathroom on the property to change before our room was ready and the women's room was filthy. And didnt lock. The men's room was being used for storage. We had two towels for 3 people ... the housekeeping staff leaves at 2. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it a long time ago. I was asked to provide ID for my kids ... luckily had those with me. The front desk staff were more concerned about telling me what i couldn't or must do rather than welcoming. The pool was very crowded and didnt appear well maintained. On the plus side, the beach is easy to get to! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and kind. Overall, in the words of my teens, "super sketch."
It was very convenient and close to everything especially for young teens !!many things are walking distance and overall the hotel is exactly what we needed for our quick stay !
Room was clean , but surroundings was very noisy ...but it’s ocean city... I would stay here again
Very nice - great price - was CLEAN which is important if you have small children - close to the beach - maybe explain additional parking on check in if the lot is full which it was when we got back around 11pm- other than that would recommend it and stay again!

Nice hotel for the money. Close to the beach. The rooms were pretty clean and have great Wi-Fi. The pool is a little small. There's not a lot of traffic driving past so it was pretty relaxing for the most part
