Every thing was great but we had a medical emergency this morning and in the chaos of that situation, I dashed out and some important belongings including prescription medication that I need back. My niece lives in Sunset Island. Can someone please give her a temporary code to retrieve those items for me?

Beautiful Townhouse in Sunset Island

An absolutely beautiful townhouse that is kept up to date, clean and has responsive owners. The accommodations and community are flawless and our weekend in OCMD was perfection. Thanks for the hospitality… and the coffee maker is great!

Sunset Island

House was very accommodating for our family and friends. We loved the location, close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We did find many ants on our arrival and didn’t feel it was cleaned well for what we paid.

Family Time

This location was the perfect place for our family time together. The house and amenities were fantastic. House was very clean and full of dishes and starter kit. The neighborhood is phenomenal and a great place to walk and be near the water. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect Location

The location is close proximity to restaurant, stores and 2 blocks from the beach. The community is beautiful. House was nice but definitely need some deep cleaning. We brought our own linens and towels but they do provide them.

Perfect Stay!

The house was amazing and it was a perfect stay for my group of friends. I like how it was in a private community and it was nice to have a private pool and beach. The house only comes with 6 passes for the pool even though it sleeps 12. If you want to have the additional people hang at the pool, you have to pay $70 for each pass for the duration of your stay. You can just walk around and sit on the beach for free though. Highly recommend the house for a family or a friend getaway!

Spacious, Beautiful Condo

This property at Sunset Island was perfect for my family. It was supposed to be 7 adults and 2 kids going but only 5 adults and 1 kid ended up going. Even if everyone went each person would have had a bed. It has plenty of sleeping room and a lot of bathrooms. The property manager is very responsive. We had a problem with a smoke detector when we first got there and someone came with a half hour to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Strong smell of curry (Indian spice through entire main floor ) White couch that needs immediate replacement ! Dirty / stained ! And other blue couches also dirty just couldn’t see as bad due to dark color .Locked all closets so couldn’t even hang shirts . Towels that were provided were musty smelling Generic messaging when trying to get into house . Stated cleaners there . But house was empty and no cleaners .. didn’t give code to entry even 1 hour early even though waiting on front deck emailing to get entry code .. no code till 15 minutes to 4:00 .

Nice neighborhood

VERY good communication with the property owners/rental company. They answered back quickly to questions. We knew exactly what to do when we got there which was great. The house itself was clean and plenty of seating for our party of 9 for meals, etc. There were, however, a couple of things that were a bit inconvenient. The garage was not big enough to even fit one of our SUVs. We had to park them in the driveway, which was a very tight fit as well. We were there in the off season so there weren’t many people around but be aware if you go in the spring/summer, there will be a ton of people around and you’ll need to leave your trucks out. Also, be aware that only 6 people in each house can get a pool pass included in your stay. From what I understand, more could be purchased for an additional fee. We had 9 people in our party, so only 6 of us could go to the pool at a time. We didn’t think it was reasonable to spend more money to be able to go to the pool for 3 days. The downstairs bedroom TV didn’t work. No big deal, just a little inconvenient is all. Also, you may want to bring some extra towels with you. There was only one kitchen towel supplied and no wash cloths for the bathrooms. Overall, was a nice place and we had a good time.

The house is very nice. We found the the beds were very uncomfortable.
