These three level townhomes sit directly on the beach. Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Large oceanfront decks for your enjoyment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). SeaSplash9 - Location is Great

Overall the Seasplash provides a great location, convenience at each level to enjoy the ocean. Layout of the main floor and bedrooms were very accommodating for 6 of us. TVs and Wifi were great for watching the olympics and getting some work done as well. The residence just needs some TLC within the bathrooms, outside stairs and deck, and pest control and that would significantly bring it up to date with other locations within the area.

Great beach condo

This is a great condo, we really enjoyed it! Loved being right on the beach and we didn't miss the boardwalk at all. It's not that far to get to it, and there are plenty of things in the area of the condo as well. One negative was the lack of consumables that we expected to be there, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Vacasa knew there were ten of us staying for a full week, but only provided three and a half rolls of toilet paper, three dishwasher tabs, etc. It's obvious if you try to communicate with anyone that it's owned by a large company rather than an individual - hard to get to a person who is willing to help. Thankfully we had few issues and overall had a great stay!
