Take a walk or quick drive to Coach's Corner Diner for breakfast, Big Pecker's Bar & Grill for lunch (famous for their outdoor swinging dining tables & refreshing mist on those hot summer afternoons), and BJ's on the Water to watch the sunset while enjoying your dinner. Sunrise East 105 is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo on the 1st floor (up one flight of stairs; the “ground level” is under-building parking). There is a full kitchen, wall unit air conditioning, 2 TV’s, fireplace, and free WiFi. No elevator. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
