Sea Watch 100 is a direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo located on the 1st floor. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 full and 1 twin in the 2nd bedroom, 1 full and 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 queen sleep sofas in the large living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, central air, 4 TV's, 4 DVD players, and free WiFi. Limit of 12 people. Parking for 2 cars. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’.
