Very nice but needs to be upgraded. Lots of maintenance issues need fixing. Great proximity to ocean and other things. Excellent layout and spacious.
Toilet continues to run with stuck handle.
Sink and master bedroom does not drain properly.

Spacious Clean 5 Bedroom Condo Beachside

We had a lovely stay in August in the spacious 5 bedroom condo in midtown. The master bedroom is huge, and each of the other 4 bedrooms are a nice size. My husband and I, our 4 children with spouses/fiancees, and 2 y/o grandchild had plenty of room for a week. Each basically had their own bathroom (although the one bathroom should install a shower instead of handheld) and room with powder room outside it shared my shower. Downside is way way too expensive, almost pricing us out of OCMD all together if this is what it costs to have my whole family together in one place. Kitchen utensils and items could use some updating. Overall, hopefully prices come down, we would love to rent again. It is clean, a great location, with great proximity to the beach.

Only two assigned parking spaces had us worried with 4 vehicles. On street parking was readily available and wasn’t a problem.

Great for Family Reunion

Beautiful very large condo . Loved staying here. Had a great view of the Ocean from balcony. As to be expected with rentals, there were some items like kitchen utensils, pots/pans and the couch that were a little worn, but rest of furniture and decor was very nice.

Beach fun

The place was nice and huge. Everyone had their own space. Great balcony view to the beach. However, the place needs done maintenance. We had four doors to the patio. Three were broken and they had a piece of wood to help keep it locked. And the dryer didn’t work at all. It took them 5 days to fix it. Even after calling the manager still took two days. But all in all it was very nice.

overall great experience

The condo is huge! Very nice layout. Was disappointed that it seemed the en-suite bathroom was not clean. The soap dish in the shower still had soap remains in it, probably just forgotten about, but made me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the place. The floors had obviously not been cleaned for some time, probably all rental season. Candy wrappers stuck in the cushions, big pieces of food and huge dust bunnies left under the living room furniture... and so on. Will not keep me from renting here again, but definitely disappointed. The hallway full bath DOES NOT have a shower. Just a soaking tub with a shower head attached to the tub. Big downfall when you are staying together with extended family. Most people like to take showers.

Nice location,need more attention to cleaning

Enough bedrooms, called Monday AM regarding hole in master bedroom wall.,broken bed, curtain and rod on chair in master bedroom. Broken blinds in master bathroom. Broken glass on floor in laundry room,cracked tile in bathroom around second sucken tub. Knob off closet door in bunck bedroom. Door handle from sliding door to small balcony off master bedroom was lying on floor .TV did not work in back bedroom.. stove constantly read hot surface and L front burner did not work. I do have pictures of all the above if necessary we can send. I was disappointed that after having called on Monday no one came to fix some of the issues

Short walk to the beach!

Key Largo 403 was spacious and good for large groups. One of the bathrooms only has a large soaking tub, toilet, and sink (no shower) so make sure you keep that in mind if your group is all adults who prefer to take showers. Other than that it had everything we needed!

DIRTY but convient and good for large groups.

The condo itself is in a great location. Very close to bars and restaurants. It fits a lot of people with plenty of showers and bathrooms. However, the condo was DISGUSTING!!!! The floors were FILTHY and sticky. The furniture was damp and it smelled VERY musty. The parking is NOT GOOD. You get two spots that are supposed to be for your party, yet when someone parks in them, Vantage says there is nothing they can do. Then, Vantage called and told me I could call a towing company. The towing company wouldn't tow the cars because the garage wasn't labeled properly so we were forced to park far away. The pans were old and the dishes were VERY DIRTY. When we tried to pick up the condo, the vacuum cleaner barely worked, there was no dust pan to get rid of what we had swept up. They have you pay a cleaning fee but I really don't know why, because it was NOT clean AT ALL!!!

The bThe property was not clean. Stuff was left behind from previous people; dirty clothes,old soap

Great location, even though not ocean front, it was ocean view. Lots of room for a large family gathering. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the property really needs to pay attention to detail. The shower curtain in two of the bathrooms had lots of mold and mildew. Was replaced two days later.
