Beautiful apartment, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and it was just a quick walk to a great part of the boardwalk near a lot of good restaurants. Everyone at Benchmark was very friendly and they made it a great experience.

We booked this toward the later end of availability, but it was super quick and easy. The posting is a great snapshot of what you’ll be experiencing, if not underselling this gem of a place! Location is good, the road is not very loud. Everything is in a walking distance so we didn't have to use our car. Overall great stay, linens were included that's always a bonus because so many listings don't have them included

Perfect Spot

This was our first visit to OC and we had a wonderful time. This condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed to cook some meals during our stay. A very easy walk to the beach in about 5-7 minutes. Many restaurants within walking distance.
