Went with around 10 friends to celebrate the fall birthdays in the group.
The pros: The check in process was very easy, and we had enough space for everyone in the bedrooms, large dining table, and large family room. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, and the backyard fire pit was really cool. The artwork in the house by DM was very pretty! Plenty of fresh towels for the showers. Parking was easy.
The downsides: the place did have ants as the other reviews mention, and some of the bed comforters had stains on them. The house overall is just kind of old and "well loved". The kitchen was not well stocked, just one tiny frying pan, no full sized pots, pans, or baking sheets.
Overall, I would recommend as long as you aren't too fussy with accomodations, and need space for a large group!
