House was spacious for our group of 7 family and friends. Dining table fit all of us and then some. Sitting areas inside and out were great. However, many leaves covered the outside deck and near fire pit. It would have been nice if leaves were blown off deck before our arrival. Rest of house was clean upon arrival. Can't beat the price off season for such a large group. Property was pet friendly; however, back yard was not completely fenced in so dog couldn't roam free out back. Property mamagement company was responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property location, size, and layout were superb! Would have loved to book here again; however, the issues with property management will deter that. Saw reviews that mentioned ants, so I asked before booking. Promised that the issue had been handled. It had NOT. At all. Ants all over and ruined several food items. Barely an apology. Received a message with check-in info and a statement advising that we’d be advised if available for early check-in. I replied with a request just for cold food items while guys were golfing in the heat. Was advised that this property did not qualify, but offered that if an exception could be made for the cold items it would be greatly appreciated, but instead of a kind response I received “put it on some ice”. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect respect in responses. Therefore, I would not recommend booking this location.

Ant infested, dirty air vents, spots (?pee) on rugs and broken furniture!

Ant infested, poorly kept with ? Pee stains on rugs! Air vents in master bedroom nasty with plenty of water stains! Had to throw out a lot of food because of ants even though we kept food well wrapped!

Great house, great neighborhood!

Loved this house, it’s very spacious and is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The house fit all of our needs and is decorated with lovely artwork painted by the owner. We’d definitely stay here again!

The Perfect House for Multi-Families!!!

What a wonderful stay! Pros: *Perfect for multiple families! The layout was ideal for our group - allowing plenty of room to roam, including our late nighters! *Pet Friendly :) *The screen room and fire pit were a family favorite. *All linens included was a huge help (including plenty of bath towels)! *Everyone enjoyed the tv's in each room ") Cons: *only sleeps 16, not 18. But enough room for an air mattress. Overall - it is a cozy residence that is very accommodating - would def go back!

Fall ocean trip

Went with around 10 friends to celebrate the fall birthdays in the group. The pros: The check in process was very easy, and we had enough space for everyone in the bedrooms, large dining table, and large family room. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, and the backyard fire pit was really cool. The artwork in the house by DM was very pretty! Plenty of fresh towels for the showers. Parking was easy. The downsides: the place did have ants as the other reviews mention, and some of the bed comforters had stains on them. The house overall is just kind of old and "well loved". The kitchen was not well stocked, just one tiny frying pan, no full sized pots, pans, or baking sheets. Overall, I would recommend as long as you aren't too fussy with accomodations, and need space for a large group!

A lot of furniture was broken. Doors didn’t shut completely. A lot of bug catching devices (which was unappealing). Can sleep 18 but only 6 plates and 6 forks. No parking

House was a good size for 6 people and a great location. Fire pit was nice however the exterior was littered with branches and other debris, dirty laundry left on front porch and plumbing issues on 2nd day made 2 of the 3 bathrooms (toilets and showers) unusable. No response from property management. We decided to leave a day early with only 1 working bathroom for 6 people. Gas fireplace didn’t work. No response from property manager on this issue either. Living room rug and furniture stained and couch ripped. Ant traps on all the counters but we still had some. House needs work.

Nice place

Had a great time. Its in a beautiful and quiet location perfect for a relaxing family vacation. House was beautiful but could be cleaned more thoroughly. Our dog found many...gifts??.. under beds and chairs ( socks. A whole shoe. A bag of crackers). Outdoor shower only has a working hot valve. No cold water.

Disappointing

House was unclean and in disrepair. Minimal communication with property owner. Location was good but home was not kept up well and I felt skeevy being there. Dust, bugs, stains on mattress, dirty laundry on porch, broken blinds covered up by toilet paper, toilet seat broken from toilet. Kitchen chairs 1 screw away from falling apart. Wouldn't rent again.

Great House for a Group

For our group of 12 adults, this house was great. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (though the layout of the house is a little difficult). We loved the screened-in porch for hanging out. The outdoor shower and the hose did not work at all which was disappointing, especially given the big disclaimer about not tracking any sand into the house. The dishwasher functioned but the lights on it don't work so we had to try several times to get it started. I didn't get any responses from Vacasa when I messaged them through the VRBO app (twice) about parking and recycling, which was a little frustrating. The house was a quick walk to the beach and away from the party central of Ocean City, which we liked a lot. Definitely would stay again.

Peace and mind

Enjoyed the home extended our stat and extra week hope to come back every year. However there’s are ants and the back area is wonderful however could use some attention
