Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. Very small apartment but okay for 3 people

Small but everything we needed was there. Loved the location. However did not like that I had to pay a registration fee of $75 to Golden Sands that I was not informed prior my visit. Other than the weather, we enjoyed our stay. This is my 4th stay at Golden Sands over the past 5 years. Love the resort!

Great condo

Perfect studio for our family. The bathroom is dated but that really didn’t matter to us. The floors still had sand when we arrived but you can’t escape that. The property managers were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

I am in the hospitality business as well. I did not bring shampoo. There were 4 small tubes of conditioner so I think it is your policy to provide it but I used handsoap for everything. It was freezing most of the time. The note said not to set it past 72 degrees. I am used to 78 so I wore a sweater most days inside. I don't think that the hallway piece or the ottoman next to the kitchen are necessary. I bumped into both of them constantly. The closet had ample space to store extra sheet etc. Also the sheets don't quite fot the bed and my head was on the plastic mattress cover most nights. Maybe the maid could put sheets on. These are minor. All else was great. Thanks Bobbie
