You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom, and balcony! This modern, recently renovated condo is the perfect condo to vacation in style. You'll love the kitchen featuring quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and it also includes a toaster oven and coffee maker so you'll have a nice place to make your meals. Both bathrooms have been renovated and there is tile flooring throughout. The bedroom has a king sized bed, and the living room also has a double sleep sofa so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. The WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 1 assigned parking space, the condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach building and the building has an elevator.

Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym, and much more!

***IMPORTANT: Indoor pool is temporarily closed until at least the end of July. We will update this listing as we receive information.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $76.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you'd like to. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
