Two balconies and beautiful views make this split-level condo a fantastic choice for your Ocean City getaway. The unique layout offers both comfort and privacy, beginning with a first-floor primary suite featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and ocean views. Upstairs, the main living area opens to a private oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to relax with the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the dining area offers seating for six, creating a comfortable space for gathering after a day at the beach. The second bedroom includes its own balcony, providing a peaceful place to unwind in the evening, while a second full bathroom with tub and shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. With the beach just steps away, this inviting condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Ocean City vacation.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

Property Needs Updating
Property was fine for our short stay. Found many things that could be upgraded to make stay more enjoyable. Bathroom sinks were low, fixtures in all rooms need updating. Tv was tricky to figure out. A printout of how to navigate tv would be very helpful. Balcony furniture needs updating-not very comfortable and sit so low you can hardly see over railing. Kitchen could use some more accessories to make stay more enjoyable.
