We had an awesome time here and everything setup at the house was great. Even had a small kiddy pool which we used everyday and was super convenient

Perfect location, perfect vacation house

Property was perfectly located. Lots of space for our family group of 10. Large open floor plan and no one felt on top of each other. Neighborhood is quiet and short walk to beach and the hustle and bustle. There was no fire pit and the bed situation was different than listing but not much. The host clarified before we got there so it was not a big deal. House was clean, but needs a deep cleaning. Any questions or concerns were answered and solved immediately. We already put our request to come back next year. Had a great time!

Nice spacious house in quiet residential neighborhood

We were very happy with our stay and plan to possibly return next year. The house was spacious with large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The dining area was ample. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. The outdoor shower area to wash off sand was very convenient (and even had warm water!). We thoroughly enjoyed the sizeable deck with its beautiful views of the coastline, the canal, and the bayside sunsets. Would definitely recommend this property for families as there is a nice grill for eating outdoors and the location is a short walk to the beach. You can also drive your vehicle to the beach and park for free on the roads so no need to carry heavy beach equipment if you have a lot to transport. The property is very close to the Delaware border which makes excursions to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach very easy. The property is also relatively convenient to the boardwalk (about a 25 minute drive).

Nice quiet location and still walkable to the beach and hustle and bustle. There is no fire pit and gas for grill was not provided so those things were disappointing, but certainly not a deal breaker. Beautiful home with open space inside and a big, beautiful deck.
