Our stay was a mixed bag. The location was perfect and what we expected, steps from the boardwalk and a somewhat unobstructed view of the ocean. The apartment was as advertised. The apartment was dirty when we arrived and the management didn't want to send the cleaners. The host very kindly reimbursed us for the cleaning fee. There was sand everywhere, including on the kitchen counters. There were clumps of hair/dust around the furniture. The windows were so smudged that we couldn’t see through them. We ended up going to the store and buying cleaning supplies and cleaned the place ourselves. The management people were nice and responsive, but inept. When we arrived, both the code to unlock the door and the WiFi password were invalid. They had sent us the incorrect information and we had to contact them about both. From what we were told, both had been changed and they’d sent us old information. Our problems were all unforced errors. The is a pool, but it is tiny compared to what you would expect for this size building. Consequently, it was overcrowded, so we ended up not staying. The gym was very small too, but since we rode bikes on the boardwalk, we got our exercise.
