Pool was broke ! Hot tub was broke too! Hotel was going through renovation! Would of booked a different hotel had i known this information before hand .
Staff, from front desk attendant to those who prepared & monitored breakfast area were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located. Only disappointment is that the fireplaces were not operable in rooms & we understand there are plans to remove them. My humble voice says reconsider that...those are part of the ambiance for many of us. We were looking forward to turning it on in our suite but couldn't. That's the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars for this review.
Desk staff were professional and helpful. I have issues with the rude housekeeper that didn't clean the room at all. I had to get my towels from the front desk. This policy of cleaning the rooms every 3 days does not work when you are staying there for multiple nights. The room feels gross after a while. She came into the room and did nothing
