Check in lady was sweet, but confused. Was hard for her to check anyone in at 4pm. I ended up switching from a king to a queen as it was the only room ready….by 4:15 at this point. Room was clean but bedspread didn’t seem so much, plus I needed a blanket but too late to ask for one, plus the toilet wasn't fastened to the floor properly.
