If you love roaches and absolute filth then you have to stay here!!! I had to sleep with ALL the lights on to keep the roaches halfway at bay!!! Slept in my clothes and took my bag back to my truck just to keep the roaches from getting into it and then carrying them back home. Walked around in my socks on the nasty ass floor and just threw them away the next morning before I left. Every single aspect of this hotel was nasty. All the drains were stopped up and the sink and tub were just as nasty as the floor. I didn’t see any bedbugs, I think the roaches had them all ran off!! Sleep in your car or on the sidewalk before you sleep here!!’

While I appreciate that this is designed for longer-term stays, I must recommend that parents with children - esp. young ones) be kept on lower floors. Approaching 10pm, the banging and scraping on the floor above our room would not cease. I'd asked the desk clerks ONE FAVOR: "just a quiet night, please". However, they put us right beneath a noisy couple with a young child. About 10:30pm, I spent 15 minutes on the lobby phone (a dangerous place, after closure) awaiting an administrator to come onto the call. Apparently, in response, a manager told the noisy people to quiet down. However, they only became more noisy, banging on the floor repeatedly, screaming and scraping a chair or other piece of furniture along the floor. Rather than wait another 15 minutes on a call after 11pm, in the fluorescent-lit lobby (open to druggies waiting outdoors), I phoned the police. Investigating, they found a couple and young child, apparently foreigners, who did not care to be considerate to others except when informed that they would be arrested if they continued their noise. This could all have been averted if 1) the hotel had kept tabs on which rooms were noisy and properly placed, respectively, noisy and quiet people; 2) had a desk clerk and a manager ready until midnight or at least 11pm to handle problems; and 3) ensured that any caller on the lobby phone would not have to wait 15 minutes just to get a human on the line.

From the moment you walk into the hotel the smell alone makes you want to turn around and walk out. Room was filthy and roach infested. Will not be coming back to this place. Do yourself a favor and find a nicer place to stay than here!

Evidence of roach excrement near outlet over kitchenette counter. Roach walking around inside the bathtub. They list having silverware, dishes and pots and pans non were available in the room. Front counter staff lacked morale.

Disgusting room!!

We went into our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The rug appeared not to have been even vacuumed, the toilet was dirty as was the shower and tub area. It had a strong odor of old urine. We did not stay the night. I want my money refunded.

Made reservation online after 3PM...by 10pm we had killed over 14 roaches...when we awoke at 8 we killed another 12 prior to check out at 11. When checking in there was one couple lodging a complaint and one man in front of me who complained there was a stranger knocking on his door during the night then at that very time the stranger was sitting outside his door. Cobwebs were in several places, microwave hadn't been cleaned and the beds were neither as shown in the pictures nor properly made (they looked like the bedspread had just been thrown over the slept in bed with no other attention given.The bathroom door could not be opened once shut from the outside and there was no soap provided to wash your hands or body. Very glad we only spent one night but it was not worth the $62 nor did I receive a print out or email copy of the chages.
