When we went to the room I went straight to the bathroom, the floor was unswept. Figured maybe something got missed, no big deal. The beds were painful to sleep on. Then came the roach and food left in microwave from previous users. Since it was prepaid, and no refund allowed, we were stuck in that mess and I thank my stars I never have to go back there.

Found a lot of hair in bathroom. Comode was not cleaned. It appeared as if the seat wasn’t cleaned in days. Could actually scrape substance off of it. Switched rooms. Cleaner room. However the moulding around bathroom door had to be wiped down. It had a yellow substance sin several places. Bed was very comfortable.

Overwhelming aroma of illegal substances in room and area of non smoking. And prior occupancy left kids bath wrap in bathroom which should of been pick up if cleaned properly but wasn’t hair all in bathroom floor and tub had to clean prior to using and let front desk know about it said ok tub drain blocked from interior of tub peeling off Didn’t get room wanted no more queen beds on bottom floor from request of disability so was told two full beds in a non smoking room need to add no vaping also room had to be aired out do to smell and from raining there were puddles to get to room had to blow dry tennis shoes to were next morning and having to wait five days to get 100 dollar deposit back when they can’t even clean worth a damm and don’t care

One Super 8 let us have our dog and 2 cats stay but the next one did not. Maybe they should set a standard so when you book online and pay, you don’t have to go find another hotel to stay in at 10pm. Zero stars
