Pug Seal is one of the most beautiful hotels with breathtaking architecture. Everything is high quality and very well designed. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in the courtyard. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. All the shopping areas are within a few minutes of walking distance. They also helped us arrange rides and contacted us ahead of time to see if we want to schedule private tours. I would highly recommend this hotel!

My favorite hotel stay to date. Pug Seal delivers in all aspects. Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful design in room and within the courtyard, peaceful and tranquil says it all. Recommend for any travelers looking for that elevated stay in Oaxaca. The staff helped plan day trips and also arranged airport transfers to and from. And the breakfast OMG was perfection. Traditional Mexican fare with an elevated twist. This was a spectacular and unforgettable stay. Don’t pass on Pug Seal, it’s just what you need.

A wonderful — and very beautiful — boutique hotel with kind and very efficient staff. They spoke English expertly and were eager to help in any way needed. The breakfasts provided were delicious! Pug Seal was a WONDERFUL place to stay for our family. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. The staff are all amazing and make you feel like you are at home. They took care of all of our requests and needs and made sure our time in Oaxaca was perfect.
