Great value for a 3 star hotel. Nothing disappointing at all. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and people who cared. Restaurant connected is very nice too.
This hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the airport and walking distance to the main plaza and market. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and keep the hotel impeccable. We were very pleased during our staying and would not hesitate to come back. I would only recommend management to have some buckets that can be used as coolers since the rooms don't have mini-refrigerators.
The property is beautiful and the location is great. Great value for the price. This being said, maintenance is getting behind. Wifi is weak and unreliable. The kick did not work and the shower was clogged. They fixed the kick next day but overall maintenance is getting behind.

It had a plant-filled inner courtyard and a great location. The only negative was there were no screens on the window so we couldn't leave the window open at night in case of mosquitoes, but no big deal because it had AC.

The room seemed to be too dark ... or maybe Bc the comforter was a black color .. overall a good experience but would suggest brighter colors

The people working the front desk were excellent. They did extra research, phoning, etc. several times on my behalf. Good breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Comfortable beds.
We had a great experience at Parador del Dominico. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was yummy. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Oaxaca.

The hotel is very well located and very affordable. The staff is very nice. Not a lot of amenities though.
I was there with my family and the rooms were pretty great for the price. We love to eat and take walks and this was only about 15 minutes from downtown, so we didn't mind the walking distance caused there's lots of shops, staff were very friendly. We had daily breakfast and we never try lunch or dinner, yeah, it's a small place but if you only need to use it to sleep you will not mind the little noise.
I had just come from surgery and chose this hotel because it had a restaurant/bar and air conditioning...and the lobby was well-appointed and clean. I found that the restaurant did not operate except for breakfast, which was a big disappointment, but nevertheless I'm glad to have chosen this place. The staff was, without exception, efficient and attentive, the restaurant was attractive and well-run and the breakfast (which was included) unexciting but substantial. The room was quiet, pleasant, very clean, the beds comfortable, the TV incomprehensible to me but had lots of channels, the WIFI worked well and the space felt quite roomy. In all I was happy, especially as the cost through Orbitz was quite low. My only complaint and that was expressed by other customers, was the shower water temperature which was wildly irregular. The location on a busy street absolutely near to all Central Oaxaca destinations, was very good.
Hotel is great. The location is ideal, just far enough from Centro to be quiet but so close to everything. I started with basic room which didn't have much light. Fine but not for me. Upgraded to large king room with private patio. Room 201 I believe, right above reception. Perfect. Get that room if you can. Large open room, spacious bath, large shower and private enclosed patio of ample size. Breakfast was good although the same everyday. Eggs with meat, bread, fruit cup and coffee. All quite tasty and plentiful. Desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about!
