Excelente departamento dentro de una casa típica Oaxaqueña, construida a principios del siglo XX, recién remodelada, amplias áreas privadas con sala y comedor, cocineta, 1 baño completo, 1 amplia recamara con cama King size, y otra con 2 camas individuales, escritorio.
Comparte el vestíbulo de la calle y un patio central con otro departamento, para estancias de media y larga duración es excelente, la cocina cuenta con horno microondas, parrilla de inducción, refrigerador mediano, utensilios, vajilla. Tiene un baño completo, nuevo, con agua caliente en la ducha.
La ubicación es envidiable, a 4 cuadras del templo de Santo Domingo, 5 cuadras del centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, cafeterías, museos, tiendas, artesanías todo muy cerca, ideal para conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad caminando.
No cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cercanos, la zona es bastante segura para disfrutar de día o de noche.
Para apoyo y tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes, existen cámaras de seguridad en la fachada de la calle, en el vestíbulo de uso común y compartido, asi como el patio de uso común y compartido

Let's put it simply: all of my friends have been begging me for the information from Alberto's place so they can stay here the next time they come. It's THAT good! The photos are incredibly accurate if not underselling the space. It's CLEAN, CLOSE, and COMFORTABLE! Alberto would send notes unsolicited just to check to make sure all was ok. Location is perfect and it's around the corner from my new favorite coffee place Acopalé. Luckily, I get to stay another week here! Muchas gracias, Alberto!

Quick response and information given by host. Rooms are big, pictures make no justice. Very quiet even though it is in a busy street. Kitchen is well equipped. Restroom had everything we needed. Place is clean and quiet. Close to everything.

Location in Oaxaca center could not be better. Safe and comfortable, very clean with all the amenities we were looking for. Large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and stove, air conditioning. If I were returning this would be my first choice over any hotel.

This was a great spot! Very very clean and comfortable, great location, nice little outdoor seating space. Beto, our host, checked in with us over the stay to make sure all was well and even brought us pastries one morning. Lovely.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect! There was a convenience store steps away where we purchased water and other small items. We found great coffee place a block away and the best tacos we ever had a block away in another direction. We went to the same breakfast place each morning just past the corner store.Of course we were also in the center of shops and historic buildings. We took several tours out of the city center, but we walked everywhere else. This was a fantastic trip and this cozy home away from home played an important part in our experience. The his is very responsive. We needed remote batteries for the tv and he not only brought the batteries but the most wonderful pastries. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great spot in a great location

The apartment is super central, in the best possible location to walk downtown where all the festivities were taking place. Communication with host was great and he was always willing to help with recommendations. The place was clean as well and it was nice to have AC.
